Our close-knit team is is what distinguishes us and shows in the service we provide. We have the incredible talent, extensive experience, and skilled communicators on our staff. Individually, the Collaborative team has worked for dozens of the top corporations and orgaizations in Silicon Valley, the Nation, and beyond. There is not a field, topic, or area that at least one of our talented professionals doesn’t know intimately.

John Forward has extensive design experience–from the first wave of electronic publishing and interactive multimedia, to the current explosion in social networking, mobile technology, and interactive entertainment/education. As a consultant to Apple’s Interactive Education group, John created consumer, training, education, and sales products. In a partnership with Apple, United Airlines & SGI, John led client-side development of the first hand-held PDAs–precursors to the iPhone and iPad. He created innovative interactive prototypes for future Macintosh operating systems and help create Apple’s introduction to desktop publishing, multimedia and other projects.

John was creative director for ecom enterprises, leading concept and prototype development of Kodak’s pioneering web application: StoryVision. In the same period, he crafted the look and feel of RealJukebox, the first and most downloaded media player of all time, followed shortly by the creation the company flagship media player: RealPlayer. Today, John provides cutting-edge graphics to NASA Ames Research Center and has become especially recognized for his expertise with Flash animation and Sketchup designs.
